I stumbled upon this recipe a LONG time ago, I believe through the same website I got my hamburger bun recipe.
Anyway, I have made these several times and LOVE them every time. These are the fluffiest pancakes I think I’ve ever had.
For the unbleached all-purpose flour I substitute half with my fresh ground hard white wheat flour. I also usually half the recipe, simply because it’s just me and my husband eating them.
