I made this sauce not too long ago. I have a tendency to buy tomatoes because they are useful in many things, and then don’t get around to using them before they start turning bad. This comes in VERY handy to use up those tomatoes, onion, garlic and green pepper quickly.
No added sodium, or processed sugars. (You can always add salt if you like)
